Coconut Macaroons š„„

Coconut Macaroons are a deliciously easy snack to make and are naturally gluten free! Whether you are baking these for a party or for a simply snack, you will amazed on how tasty Macaroons are with such simply ingredients.
What will you need?
- 4Ā veganĀ egg whites
- 1/2Ā cupĀ Everland Coconut Sugar
- a dash of salt, around 1/8-1/4 tsp
- 1/2Ā tspĀ almond extract
- 1Ā tspĀ ElimentoĀ vanilla extract
- 4Ā cups Everland Flake Coconut
Step 1:
Pre heat oven to 340 degreesĀ
Step 2:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix the coconut flakes last into the mixture.Ā
Step 3:Ā
Using a tablespoon scoop approx 1" balls onto a sheet of rice paper. Allow 2" space apart.Ā
