Coconut Macaroons are a deliciously easy snack to make and are naturally gluten free! Whether you are baking these for a party or for a simply snack, you will amazed on how tasty Macaroons are with such simply ingredients.
What will you need?
4 vegan egg whites
1/2cup Everland Coconut Sugar
a dash of salt, around 1/8-1/4 tsp
1tsp Elimento vanilla extract
4cups Everland Flake Coconut
Pre heat oven to 340 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix the coconut flakes last into the mixture.
Using a tablespoon scoop approx 1" balls onto a sheet of rice paper. Allow 2" space apart.
