What will you need?
4 vegan egg whites
1/2 cup Everland Coconut Sugar
- a dash of salt, around 1/8-1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp Elimento vanilla extract
4 cups Everland Flake Coconut
Pre heat oven to 340 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix the coconut flakes last into the mixture.
Using a tablespoon scoop approx 1" balls onto a sheet of rice paper. Allow 2" space apart.
