Brand Ambassador

Are you a fan of organic and natural foods? Do you love to promote healthy, ethical products? You could be a Brand Ambassador we’re looking for! This is a fun and flexible part-time opportunity that entails maximum one shift per week during the weekend. We need Brand Representatives for different areas of the Lower Mainland (please state your location in your application).

About Elimento® Online Market:

We are a family-run online grocery site committed to making healthy, ethically made foods more accessible. We proudly love the products we offer; from avocado oil and organic maca to hemp protein and Fair Trade chocolate almond butter, all our products are vegetarian and made with NO nasty ingredients or artificial anything. We love to have fun with our work, and yes – that includes dropping food puns on our customers.

Your Role:

• Enthusiastically represent New World Foods and Everland Foods at grocery markets and occasional trade shows (e.g. Veg Expo, Gluten Free Expo, Healthy Family Expo)
• Actively connect with customers, provide product samples, and generate enthusiasm for our healthy organic foods
• Educate customers on the benefits, uses, and unique selling points of our products
• Set up demo tables in a visually appealing manner; take photos when time allows
• Assist with setting up, decorating, and taking down our booths at trade shows
• Provide recommendations for improving demos, trade shows, and product communications based on interactions with retail customers

We're Looking For:

• Weekend availability (one 4-5 hour shift generally on Saturdays or Sundays)
• Enthusiasm for promoting healthy foods
• Friendly personality with a love of connecting with customers
• Customer service or sales experience an asset
• Integrity & reliability
• Experience with event set-up and booth decoration an asset
• Food Safe certification an asset
• Photography skills an asset
