If you are not happy with your product, we will do our best to make things right! We would gladly provide free returns within 7 days.*
Please fill out the online return form here within 7 days of receiving your purchase. After we process your return form, we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label so that you can mail your product with its original packing slip and receipt back to us.
Once we process your return package, we will issue a credit to your credit card within two business days.
1. When mailing your product, please ensure the product is properly protected (e.g. glass items should be securely wrapped with bubble wrap)

Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded. We are also unable to accept returns from remote locations (e.g. towns infrequently served by shippers, areas where mail must be airlifted during certain times of the year, etc) as determined by Canada Post and Purolator. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event that a returned product arrives damaged not due to our error. As we develop, we may also modify our policies based on customer feedback and observed needs. Please stay up-to-date with our policies by checking back frequently.
