- Handful of Dried Apricots
- A good Teaspoon of @everlandfoods Honey with Lemon and Ginger
- Sparkling water
Blend
- 2 Cubes of ice

We like experimenting and trying new ways of eating Muesli.
Since the oats in these aren't baked, we decided to put them into our Breakfast Bake!
We made a cake full of good fibers, and nutritious ingredients, that are sure to keep you full for a long period of time. It looks pretty, feeds many and is a delight to eat.

Pesto is a great seasoning, as it could be as versatile as you would like, the possibilities are endless.
🎄Maple Syrup Infused Roast Veggies ☃️
🍁It's the season - with a twist! 🥦
Have you ever tried infusing your traditional roast veggies with maple syrup? The sweet taste and aroma of Everland's Maple Syrup with delicious, crunchy and fresh veggies is a match made in heaven. 🎄
We all love an easy recipe - just add two table spoons of maple syrup along with 1 table spoon of per serving of roast veggies (carrots, sprouts, leeks etc) and pop them in the oven to roast.
You will be glad you tried this one out - I promise 😋

Coconut Macaroons 🥥
Coconut Macaroons are a deliciously easy snack to make and are naturally gluten free! Whether you are baking these for a party or for a simply snack, you will amazed on how tasty Macaroons are with such simply ingredients.
What will you need?
- 4 vegan egg whites
- 1/2 cup Everland Coconut Sugar
- a dash of salt, around 1/8-1/4 tsp
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp Elimento vanilla extract
- 4 cups Everland Flake Coconut
Step 1:
Pre heat oven to 340 degrees
Step 2:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Mix the coconut flakes last into the mixture.
Step 3:
Using a tablespoon scoop approx 1" balls onto a sheet of rice paper. Allow 2" space apart.
Step 4:
Enjoy!
Savory Dipping Sauce for Veggies 🥦
This delicious savoury dip is perfect to enjoy with raw veggies such as carrots, radish, tomatoes, sliced peppers and celery.
You will need the following:
- New World Organics Roasted Almond Butter
- 1/2 Lime Juice
- Grated Garlic Clove
- 1 tps Tamari
- Grated Fresh Ginger
- 2 tps luke warm water
- 1 tps siracha
The process is simple! Just whisk the ingredients all together in a bowl and serve with your favourite veggies 🥦🥕
