What does Elimento mean?
Our name Elimento comes from the word "alimento" which means "nourishment" in Spanish. Our humble dream is to make nourishing superfoods more accessible because we believe superfoods are essential to everyone's health. Learn more about us at our About Us page!
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. Please see our Shipping Information page for specific rates.
How long will it take to process my order?
We usually ship the next business day after you place your order. The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on where you are. Please see our Shipping Information page for specific estimates.
Why isn't my discount code working?
If your discount code applies to orders over $x, your total needs to be over $x before shipping and after discounts have been applied.
For example, if your discount gives you $5 off on orders over $49, your total needs to be $49+ before shipping costs and after the $5 discount has been subtracted from your total. Hence, you should check out with $54+ worth of products in your cart.
What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
We will provide a refund for the products that are out of stock, and ship your order without that product. We will notify you by email.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. Accounts are optional, but having an account allows you to checkout more quickly and reference your previous orders.
What currency do you use?
We use Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you sell in bulk?
You bet! We sell a variety of bulk organic nuts, grains, and nutritional yeast. Buying in bulk is a great way to save money on health foods. What's best is that we deliver right to your door so you don't have to lug a heavy 5 lb bag of nuts home. Check out our bulk foods page for yourself!
