Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of uncooked penne pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Seasonal diced vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Organic Flax oil
- 4 tablespoons of Organic roasted garlic pasta sauce
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Aglio e olio
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Organic Sunflower Seeds, optional
- Sun dried tomatoes, optional
- Organic Roasted Peanuts Salted, optional
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions; drain.
- To the pan add organic flax oil, fresh garlic, diced vegetables.
- Season with red-pepper flakes, salt, aglio-e-olio, and fresh ground pepper
- Add Everland's Roasted Garlic Organic Pasta Sauce.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with organic sunflower seeds .
- Decorate with few mint leaves/ cilantro and Roasted Peanuts.
